Are you looking for a supportive, welcoming environment to share your experiences, gain new perspectives, and connect with others facing similar challenges? Our Monthly Online Support Group offers a unique opportunity for individuals to come together and discuss mental health concerns, eating disorders, and general life stressors in a safe, judgment-free space.
What to Expect:
Small Group Setting: Each session is limited to 10 participants, ensuring a more intimate and personalized experience where everyone has the opportunity to share and be heard.
Psychoeducation & Discussion: Each week, we explore a different topic related to mental health, eating disorders, or life’s everyday challenges. Our sessions are designed to provide both educational insights and the opportunity for open, supportive dialogue.
Encouraged Participation: You are welcome to join the video call and participate as much as you feel comfortable. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you – listen, share, or simply observe. We respect your boundaries.
Focus on Insight & Growth: While this group is not intended to replace individual therapy, it serves as an additional space to gain valuable insight, develop coping strategies, and learn from others’ experiences.
Topics Include:
Mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress management
Navigating challenges related to eating and body image concerns
Coping with everyday life stressors
Building resilience, self-compassion, and emotional well-being

In this online group, we will learn to work with our bodies instead of seeing them as enemies. Our bodies can help us heal fully. We will combine somatic (body-focused) and cognitive (thinking-based) methods to improve our relationship with our bodies, especially if we're facing chronic illness, pain, disordered eating, body image issues, or low self-esteem.
