Our Monthly Online Support Group offers a unique opportunity for individuals to come together and discuss mental health concerns, eating disorders, and general life stressors in a safe, judgment-free space.

What to Expect:

  • Small Group Setting: Each session is limited to 10 participants, ensuring a more intimate and personalized experience where everyone has the opportunity to share and be heard.

  • Psychoeducation & Discussion: Each week, we explore a different topic related to mental health, eating disorders, or life’s everyday challenges. Our sessions are designed to provide both educational insights and the opportunity for open, supportive dialogue.

  • Encouraged Participation: You are welcome to join the video call and participate as much as you feel comfortable. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you – listen, share, or simply observe. We respect your boundaries.

  • Focus on Insight & Growth: While this group is not intended to replace individual therapy, it serves as an additional space to gain valuable insight, develop coping strategies, and learn from others’ experiences.

Topics Include:

  • Mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress management

  • Navigating challenges related to eating and body image concerns

  • Coping with everyday life stressors

  • Building resilience, self-compassion, and emotional well-being
